Se reporta que mediante un nuevo proceso hidrotérmicos sintéticos (alta presión y temperatura: 17 bar y 200 °C) es posible preparar superplásticos orgánicos. En este el agua reemplaza el uso de disolventes tóxicos, lo que lo hace amigable con el ambiente.
